Mifa Ko

MIFO KO was born in Tokyo and studied with the Matsuyama Ballet School. She also trained at the Academie de Dance Classique Princess Grace in Monte Carlo, the Bolshoi Ballet in Russia, and the Boston Ballet School, where she had the opportunity to perform with the company in The Nutcracker and Le Corsaire. Mifa has worked with Valentina Koslova at the Daring Project, the New Dance Group, and Connecticut Ballet. Most recently, she was a member of the James Sewell Ballet performing in Minneapolis and touring nationally. Performing at the Opening Ceremonies of the Olympic Games in Nagano has been one of the highlights of her career. Mifa currently dances for the Minnesota Dance Theatre.
