Kenneth Dalley, Jr.

KENNETH DALLEY JR. is founder and president of Codex Corp., a leading provider of wireless and mobile CRM solutions for the Connected Economy. Since founding Codex Corp., Mr. Dalley has driven the company’s entrepreneurial culture, assembling an experienced team of high technology managers and innovators, and building relationships with distributors, partners, and customers throughout the Northern Plains. Prior to founding Codex Corp., Mr. Dalley possessed broad entrepreneurial practice in a number of industries including retail, music publishing, magazine publishing, and high technology. In 1998, he founded SimpliCD, an e-Commerce company specializing in the creation of customized music albums. In 2001, Mr. Dalley established Codex Publishing, LLC, a research and development company focused on developing next-generation e-Book devices and tablet computers. Mr. Dalley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN.
